Come along to the first ever conference on the Port Phillip Bay fishery. It's free!

Hear from experts about the health of key species and how the removal of commercial net fishing is progressing.

Learn more about the State Government's Target One Million plan to grow participation and get more people fishing, more often.

Scientists will talk about snapper, kingfish and southern calamari research, along with habitat improvement efforts in the bay such as shellfish reef restoration and recreational fishing reefs.

Rex Hunt will be the special guest and talk about getting young people into fishing and his more memorable fishing moments.

David Kramer will emcee the evening and present on the exciting times ahead for bay anglers.
